  1. Submission Categories

Authors are invited to submit original and high-quality research papers, case studies, technical notes, or review articles relevant to the conference themes:

  • Biodiversity and Ecosystem Resilience in the Future Climate Change Scenario
  • Dynamics of Ecosystem Resilience in the Future Climate Change Era
  • Technology and Innovation: Challenges and Opportunities in the Future Climate Change Scenario
  1. General Submission Requirements
  • All submissions must be original and unpublished. Papers under review elsewhere will not be accepted.
  • Manuscripts must be written in English and follow to the ISRECOS formatting template provided on the conference website.
  • Authors should ensure proper citations and avoid plagiarism. Submissions with a similarity index higher than 20% will be rejected.
  • Papers must be submitted electronically through the conference submission system by the specified deadlines.
  1. Paper Structure
  • Title Page:
    • Title of the paper (no more than 20 words).
    • Full names of all authors, affiliations, and the corresponding author's contact information.
  • Abstract:
    • Maximum of 300 words.
    • Provide 3-5 keywords.
  • Main Sections:
    1. Introduction: State the problem, objectives, and significance of the study.
    2. Methods: Describe the methodology and tools used.
  1. Results and discussion: Present key findings with supporting data, discuss and compare with existing available similar information and literature.
    1. Conclusion: Summarize key points and suggest future directions.
    2. Acknowledgements: State institutions who provide financial supports and as well as anybody who significantly support field and laboratory works
  • References:
    • Use APA 7th edition style.
    • Ensure all references are cited within the text.
  • Figures and Tables:
    • Ensure clarity and relevance.
    • Include captions and cite them within the text.
  1. Formatting Requirements
  • Length: Maximum of 6,000 words (excluding references).
  • Font and Spacing: Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, with 1.5 line spacing.
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
  • File Format: Submit as a Microsoft Word (.docx) file.
  1. Review Process
  • All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
  • Authors will receive feedback from reviewers to improve their submissions.
  • Notification of acceptance, rejection, or revision will be provided according to the conference schedule.
  1. Presentation Guidelines
  • Accepted papers must be presented at the conference, either in person or virtually.
  • Presenters are allocated 10 minutes for their presentation, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
  • Presentation slides must be in English and submitted to the organizing committee at least one week before the event.
  • Detailed instructions for virtual presentations will be provided for online presenters.

  • Abstract Submission: August 15 – October 14, 2024
  • Full Paper Submission: October 15 – November 15, 2024
  • Notification of Acceptance: December 15, 2024
  • Final Manuscript Submission: January 31, 2025
  1. Registration and Fees
  • Authors of accepted papers must complete their registration by the deadline to confirm their participation.

  1. Proceedings Publication
  • Selected high-quality papers will be published in Scopus-indexed proceedings.
  • Authors must ensure their papers meet the formatting and quality standards required for publication.
  1. Ethical Considerations
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and originality of their submissions.
  • All potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed.
  • Data integrity must be maintained, and any ethical issues (e.g., involving human subjects) must be addressed.
