PENGELOLAAN EKOSISTEM TANAMAN PERKEBUNAN DI BALAI PELATIHAN DAN PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DESA DAERAH TERTINGGAL DAN TRANSMIGRASI BENGKULU (BPPMDDTT)

Abstract

Identifying or observing plantation plant ecosystem management at the Training and Empowerment Center for Village Communities in Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration Bengkulu (BPPMDDTT) Time and Place of this activity was carried out at the Training and Empowerment Center for Village Communities in Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration North Bengkulu (BPPMDDTT) and carried out on the date September 22, 2023 to November 9. The implementation mechanism is observing the land and the process of managing oil palm nurseries, recommendations for fertilizing oil palm produce and surveying and mapping the land. Pests, diseases and weeds of palm oil seedlings, namely pearl grass (Oldenlandia) babadotan (Ageratum conyzoides L.) elephant grass (Pennisetum purpureum) belulang grass (Eleusine indica) night beetle pest attack (Apogonia sp) leaf spot. During the activities the author worked or carried out activities, he gained a lot of experience and material which became a broad insight with professional knowledge in the world of work and was able to implement theories found in the lecture world in the real world.
